The Healthy Maryland Corner Store works to increase access to healthy, affordable food items in small retail “corner stores” in Charles County, and recognize store owners for the providing healthy items like: fresh produce, whole grains, low-sodium/low sugar products. The stores will support healthy choice visibility and have a connection with local farmers.
