Maryland Birth Certificate Applications may be obtained from the Charles County Department of Health from the Annex Building information window. By appointment only on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

- Hours of operation for Vital Records is 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Current Fees *Birth Certificates – $25.00 each
All vital records may be ordered online from The Maryland Department of Health.
*Photo ID is required. If you are obtaining a birth certificate for anyone other than yourself or your child, a court order is required.
