•	 Do I have to register? No, registration is not required. 
Just show up!
•	 Are dogs welcome? Leashed dogs are welcome.
•	 What should I bring? Comfortable shoes, water, and 
appropriate clothing for the weather.
•	 What happens if it rains? Most walks will happen 
rain or shine. If there is thunder and lightning, it will 
be canceled. Check Healthy Charles County on 
Facebook.
•	 Can beginners participate? Absolutely!
•	 Are the walks free? Yes, all our walks are free to the 
community.
•	 Are they accessible? We strive to include accessible 
paths for walkers, strollers, and wheelchairs.
